Miss Loulou De La Falaise

Designed prints for Halston. Created jewelry for Oscar De La Renta. Married a descendant of Balthus. Muse to Yves Saint Laurent.

You would think I was talking about 4 different people but no, I am referring to the one and only Loulou De La Falaise.

De La Falaise was pioneer in style and my inspiration not just for fashion but because she lived life fully.

Many know that I adore the art, fashion and films of the seventies and I cant imagine seeing iconic images of that era without De La Falaise.
‘Everything was terribly inspiring,’ de la Falaise reminisced about seventies Paris, ‘The models were great fun, they were very inventive themselves style-wise and designers were very influenced by the way people put together a look. We didn’t have any money and that made us all the more inventive.’
